DR. FARON LEGARDE
Hello, I’m Dr. Faron LeGarde. I’m a native of the beautiful city of Nashville. After my time in the United States Navy, I returned home to receive my bachelor of science degree from Belmont University. Shortly after graduating I fell in love with the wonderful world of fitness and fitness training. My journey as a fitness coach taught me so much about the human body and introduced me to many incredible personalities. I worked for many years with a fitness company in Nashville called InnerStrength. It was during my time with InnerStrength that I knew I wanted to take my education in health and wellness one step further. Chiropractic care had been a part of my life since I was eighteen years old. My first introduction to it was after an accident that caused a loss of sensation and muscle control on the right side of my body. When I was adjusted for the first time, it seemed like a light switch had been turned back on and I had control of my body again. Since that time I have always felt a calling towards chiropractic care.

I received my doctorate in chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, GA. My goal as your chiropractor is not only to address your immediate health care needs and get you the relief that you need, but also to help educate you in health and wellness. I have come to appreciate and utilize many different techniques of adjusting including Gonstead technique, Full Spine, Activator, Thompson, Toggle, Spinal Decompression, and extremity adjusting. I want to apply the techniques that work best for you based on your care plan and specific needs. As your doctor, your health and well-being are always my top priority.

Any new experience, especially when it comes to your health, can be unnerving. We understand this might also apply to patients who are new to chiropractic and we will make every effort to make your first experience with us as comfortable as possible.

Our goal is to remove your aches and pains as quickly as possible and exceed your expectations on your way to better health.
